SHIPPING

We will always ship out as soon as possible, but please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. If we anticipate a longer processing time, it will be note in the product description on the website. You will receive an email with a tracking number so you can be aware of the expected day for delivery and be home to sign your package.

Lola's Bazaar will not be held liable or refund the shipping charges based on the following factors:

  • Delays in credit approval.

  • Delays caused for weather inclemency.

  • USPS service disruptions (i.e. National Holidays)

  • Return to the carrier because the client or an adult not being present for signature at time of delivery.

We'll send you an email with your tracking number and estimated delivery date. The number can also be found on the Order Status page on lolasbazaar.com. You can also use the tracking number on carrier's website. You surely can contact us if you have any questions.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE

We've calculated the estimated delivery date for your purchase. The Estimated Delivery Date for each item will appear on the individual product information pages, in the Shopping Bag, throughout the Checkout process, and in the Order Confirmation.

We Offer the Following Delivery Options

  • Expedited is our default shipping option.

  • Express is our fastest shipping option.

  • Standard is our 'no-rush' shipping option.

Please refer to the estimated delivery date shown in Checkout for your order, which includes processing and transit times.

RETURNS

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Upon received please inspect your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right. You have a term of 3 days to claim a return by the before-mentioned reasons.

EXCEPTIONS NON/RETURNABLE ITEMS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or items on layaway, neither returns based on size, clients changing their minds about the item they selected themselves or items that has been used or passed the 2 days after received.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

All sales are final, and the Company does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances, especially exceptions for non-returnable items describe above.

Please be aware 14k gold, which is the most popular type of gold for jewelry, is 58.3% pure. There's no “best” type of gold for every application. The 10k gold meaning is that it contains 10 parts gold and 14 parts alloys and other mixed metals. Typically, 58.3% of 10k gold is made up of alloys and mixed metals. These other metals in10k gold are typically zinc, palladium, silver, copper, or nickel.

ISN’T ALL GOLD JEWELRY MADE USING PURE GOLD?

Believe it or not, most jewelry you buy, gold jewelry that is, probably isn't 100% gold. 999 gold, pure gold, or 24k gold, is gold that hasn’t been mixed with any other metals. While 24k gold sounds luxurious, we aren't really big fans of 24k gold, and 24k gold isn’t used for jewelry for several reasons:

  • Hardness: 24k gold is extremely soft. Because pure gold is so soft, it bends and warps easily, making it a poor metal for jewelry that needs to retain its shape (think: rings). Pure gold also scratches easily, meaning it doesn’t take long for pure gold jewelry to become scuffed and unattractive.

  • Color: 24k gold is bright. The color of pure gold is much brighter and more orange than what most people associate with the gold used in jewelry. Because of this, it generally isn’t an attractive metal for rings, watches and other gold jewelry.

  • Price: 24k gold is extremely expensive. Pure gold contains almost twice as much gold as 14k gold (the most popular type of gold used for jewelry in the US), meaning it costs much more to produce jewelry using this metal.
     

10K, 14K, 18K AND 24K GOLD: WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE?

Gold purity content is categorized using the karat system. Depending on the ratio of pure gold to other alloys, the gold used in engagement rings and other jewelry is usually categorized as 10k, 14k, 18k, 22k and 24k.
